If you are outside of 25 miles from our showroom, you must call to confirm if we are able to facilitate a delivery to remote areas outside of Dallas and Fort Worth. At this time, we can only facilitate the 25 mile threshold for door to door deliveries. If a purchase is made outside of our delivery area, customers will be liable for in-store pickups of your furniture and we will hold your furniture for up to 14 days, unless special arrangements are made and confirmed. Any refunds requested due to purchases made outside of our delivery threshold of 25 miles will be subject to purchase reversal fees, where applicable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery. (customers are responsible for returning the items to the store within 48 hours after receiving it, Items must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.) PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to return items that do not have the original manufacturer's packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. A 25% re-stocking fee is deducted from the refund total and Delivery and Assembly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Financed orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds. Returned items must be complete, odor and damage-free. If pieces are missing or damaged the customer will be held liable for replacement pieces or the return may be voided. If customer is unable to return items, a pick-up can be scheduled for the fee ranging from $85-$150 depending on the distance even if a free delivery was issued on the original delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Every item we carry is backed by an IRON CLAD one year warranty. This covers manufacturers defects in materials, Fabric, Stitching, Frames, and Cushions. Warranty claims must be made promptly when issues are discovered. You will be required to provide your original receipt as a proof of purchase. Warranty exclusions may apply to items that are offered as clearance or floor models or discounted beyond our every day low prices.
